Well sometimes the only way you can tell if its a hormonal phase is to wait and see. But there's more to it than just sexual attraction or curiosity, you have to ask yourself whether you think you could fall in love with both sexes, have a relationship, maybe set up home together. If you can imagine those things happening then you are most probably bi.
