Body Hair Color

Hey guys, I was just curious about something and wanted some opinions (if it needs to be moved, please do so). Anyways, to start off, the color of all my pubes and underarm hair are exactly the same color as the hair on my head. However, I know a lot of guys who have pubic/underarm hair thats a different color from their head's hair.

Take one of my best friends for example: his head hair is a light brown, but his underarm hair is jet black. Now I know that's nothing alarming, but it got me thinking...

How many other guys out there have pubes/underarm hair thats a different color from the rest of their body hair? Is it possible for your pubic or armpit hair to change color as puberty progresses? Just curious :)

That is pretty interesting! i have no idea how that works, but all of my pubic hair are the same color as the hair of my head:) (sorry, this prob. didnt even help!)

Mine are the same colour. No I don't think they will change colour throughout puberty. they should stay the same

pretty much all guys do bcuz its the recessive trait. if your a redhead you'd have red pubic hair bcuz its the dominant trait. (biology haha)

My pubes are much darker than my hair, but I've heard (on Yahoo! so it may not be "precise") that for some people it can change as they develop. Don't worry about it, though; others are more worried about other things than hair. :D

I know this guy who has blond hair on his head, brown body hair and ginger pubes lol.

I have just about the same colour for my body hair and hair on my head, however i think my body hair is slightly darker.

My hair is dark brown and it seems my underarm hair is lighter than my pubes. (Underarm is brown-ish, pubes look black to me)

my hair color is brown but the hair on my pubes is prolly somewhat darker brown. course i wonder how much of a difference that would make.

I see that boys w red hair have red pubes, but boys wi blond hair have light brown pubes.
