If you ever do do that in real life, be sure that you know for sure that the girl that you are performing the sexual act to has either never had sex with another person, or if so, has gotten a recent check to be sure that she doesn't have an STI (sexually transmitted infection, updated from the old STD acronym.) Also, perhaps using a dental damn wouldn't hurt.
