Guitar Hero/Rock Band

I know Guitar Hero and Rock Band aren't really as popular as they used to be, but I still play both too much, they take up most of my time on my xbox. So who else plays either of these games? What instrument? I play drums on expert :cool: yes, I'm so awesome.

i don't care which one i play to be honest, last xmas i played my cousins guitar hero 5 and Beatles rock band. i noticed that guitar hero has better graphics and effects, but rockband sounded better and was easier to play.
Drums is my favourite, no one ever gets a go!

imo Rock Band has better graphics and looks cleaner, but Guitar Hero has better songs. The graphics in The Beatles: Rock Band look a lot nicer than the graphics in any guitar hero, but that's just the way I see it.

beatles rock band: the graphics on John Lennon did look good along with all the stoner type flower effects lol but i thought guitar hero was more flashy, but maybe that was just the differant version types

yeah, the beatles: rock band is really colorful and well done, but imo characters in guitar hero (like jimi hendrix or ozzy) look like zombies when they sing...

Rock Band 2 is supreme. I mean it has so much DLC, and it isn't being ran into the ground as much as GH. And Rock Band 3 is changing things up with the new guitar and keyboard. And it has twelve Iron Maiden songs on it so... :D

Guitar Hero 5 has loads of awesome tunes on it, and even Duran Duran :P, and I usually play guitar.

I personally think that Guitar Hero 3 is the best, as it has the hardest songs to play. I can play almost all of them on expert, can't seem to play most of the bonus songs or Raining Blood. Guitar Hero World Tour is more of a song game, not very hard. It has some Tool (My favorite band :) and it has some hard songs.

oh my god I love them both. I play both games, every instrument. I can the the guitar/bass on expert. Drums on hard, and the vocals on hard :D

I have Rock Band 2 and Guitar Hero 3 but I don't play them very much. My brothers usually do or we'll play if there's a bunch of people over. I generally play the guitar.
