Ok, somehow I've managed to get 4 worms on my computer, it gives me pop-ups every 4 minutes approx. And a blinking icon on the taskbar, the pop-ups want me to pay 50$ to get a firewall thing to delete this "worm" even though it's causing all my pop-ups. I'm obviously not stupid enough to purchase this or click any pop-up. But how do I remove the worms? and note the pop-ups don't come from an internet page, so my pop-up blockers don't work.

I've tried AVG and Ad-Aware. Any thing else I can do?
