so iv been with my boyfriend for 5 months and hes amazing. last night i was with my friend lilly and jake and we drank alot... i know i gave him a blowjob and we woke up and i didnt have a shirt on lilly was naked and so was jake but i have no idea what to do i feel so guilty. should i tell my boyfriend or not....

Depends on how serious you are, and if he'll find out from other people before you tell him. Everyone makes drunken mistakes, so don't think you're alone here. However, if you want to be in a committed relationship with someone there are consequences for these mistakes. I posted in another cheating thread that it wasn't a big deal for him, but I assume you're a bit older than that poster considering that you got drunk. If you're old enough to make these mistakes under the influence, you have to be old enough to tell your boyfriend what happened.

He's obviously going to be pissed off, but telling him was the right thing to do and when he calms down he is a lot more likely to want to try and sort things out than if he heard "by proxy"

Well hopefully he won't seek revenge on you. That's childish and will only put the ball in your court as far as the next move. Right now you should wait until he calms down and then the two of you should sit down and talk about it.
