I think all of the characters, at one point or another, have their moments on the show so I really can't pick. I love Peter, Stewie, Brian, Meg, and Lois. Chris doesn't seem to have a lot of funny "moments" on the show, for some reason. I love when Brian and Stewie team up for an episode - they are an incredible duo. I love when Meg is mocked by the family.
I remember when Peter hit Meg with a baseball bat and was like, "Oh, Meg, I'm sorry, you startled me." xD

Other characters I like are Joe, Quagmire, Ollie Williams, Bruce, and Herbert the Pervert. xD
