Penis Pain

Sometimes when I wake up in the morning I have some pain in my penis. Ive heard this can happen when you sleep on your stomach and you get a boner in your sleep and when you wake up it hurts because you were putting pressure on the boner. But also it could be something else im just not really sure what. Should I be concerned about this? There are no lumps or things wrong with my penis from what I can tell I check it frequently. I did go to the doctor a few weeks ago and he found nothing wrong.
This doesnt happen every morning just sometimes. I was wondering if anyone had the same problem.

It's not that bad it just hurts a little and only when I touch my penis

Maybe you could try to alter your sleeping position and see if that helps?

Yeah I should try that I need to get into the habit of sleeping on my back

Try sleeping in a different position and see if the pain returns.

Yeah, definitely take the advice: Sleep in a different position. 'Cause if the doctor says nothing is wrong physically, then it's just the way you are sleeping.
