If you two really love each other, then distance won't matter. The feeling of the other will always be with you, no matter how far apart you are. I wish you the best of luck. :)

Its not a proper relationship if you don't see them often, and living 600 miles apart is going to make that very difficult.
I know you are convinced he is genuine, but when you meet at first, do it in a public place, with lots of people around.

Okay first off everyone: he's younger than me. By 2 months.
Second, he gets on webcam&we talk on the phone.
Third I've talked to him for 2 years and I'm not worried about the predator thing because I trust him.
and fourth.
My mom is going with me. >_>
Does that help?

I don't know what your definition of 'proper realationship' is, but if they love each other, then it's 100% proper.

Thank you ;] For all you negative people out there, well, you have your opinion, and I respect that, but I also respect all the encouragement that the positive people give me. Thank You for that!

Well I guess your 'personal expierience' wasn't real at all, because I have a friend in a long distance relationship, and things are going great for her.

Not every single relationship is the same, after all..in fact, every single relationship is DIFFERENT. I mean, I know where you're coming from on the whole advice thing, but still..you always have to be open to new experiences no matter what has happened in your past. So yeah, I'm going to meet him and we'll see what happens from there.

Well i respect your opinions, but i myself would not travel 600 miles to meet a partner. I would get them to travel to me, where as since your mother is also going, you can just call it a holiday in which you accidentaly meet your lover. Good luck 2 ya ;)

If you really cared for them, I'm sure you'd go any distance.

Sometimes you have to take those kinds of risks..
And it's not about respecting yourself.
It's aboout loving someone else.
So yeah, I'm going. >_> And he's coming here next summer. It's already planned out.

I'm guessing you've never really cared about someone. If you had, you wouldn't be acting like this.

Zach you have a great point there. If someone truly cared about someone, they'd risk it all to see them and be with them. That comment was just shallow. (His)
