ii have not made myself sick in a whole week now.. and am so proud.. but ii did just eat there and deliberatly binge.. now ii really want to throw up.. ii dont know what to do caus ii want to lose weight.. but hate going about it this way.:confused:

hun, well done for not doing it in a week :)
dont throw it all away now, after all that effort you put in.

you dont need to throw up to loose weight, there are other ways. maybe go out for a run if you really want to loose weight in a healthy way. that way you burn calories, but you're still keeping the neutrients and your getting fitter.

thats only if you REALLY want to loose weight, but the thing is, unless you're overweight, you dont actually need to loose weight. can i ask how old you are?

Much of what Georgia said was true. Eating healthily will do you so much more good than depriving your body altogether.
Your body ends up eating at itself because it can't find any food. It's really not healthy.

But well done for going a week without making yourself sick. It might seem a bit intimidating to eat food and not chuck it back up because you think you'll put on weight if you do, but keep trying as hard as you have done in the past week.

Thanks so much guys.. in the end ii forced myself not to.. ii just took my mind off it by doing something else.
Im 16.. nd to tell yu the honest truth no im not overweight but im still not skinny either. its not that ii want to be thin like most other girls its that ii wanna be thin to make myself happier :)

that is a perfectly normal weight/height :)

the main thing you should do, is let your body take in the calories and neutrients you eat, because you need them. and if you do decide to loose weight, do it healthily, by just doing more exercise so you're still eating calories, but burning them off, while taking in the neutrients you need :)

also, you have proven already that you can stop making yourself throw up. my going a week that prooves you can keep going, so dont give up, and you'll make it.

It's difficult for me to comment because of how girls can vary in weights with their age.
You can work out how healthy you are by yourself though. Try and find out your BMI which will determine how healthy your weight is. I'm sure Google could help you find something. Sorry I can't be of more use.
