today i ate 300 calories it was hard but i feel alot better knowing i did

I assume that you're recovering from eating less than that? 300 calories is a fantastic beginning, you now know that you feel better from eating more and so continue along that train of thought. Where do you plan to go next? Look after yourself.

Some times calories making problem in your body. In some food there are so many calories are available but some time from these you can feel better and fantastic.

Eating fewer calories than you burn on a daily basis is the best and safest way to lose weight experts also agree for this. If any one want to active your lifestyle take foods which includes calories. But if you want to lose weight then stop to take too much calories.
