View Full Version : i need some advice on what to do and whats wrong with me..

so this moring i had a fouth cup of coffee... this afternoon around 4ish i had a 3rd of a half of sandwhich... and took off most of the meat and cheese... now i feel absolutely sick. i'm no longer hungry... now 'm just dizzy... and feel sick and feel like i really need to throw up. i've been gagging.. but trying to calm myslf dwn so i on't throw up, becaue if i start doing that again... i probably wll start makig myself throw up all the time... i feel really low about myslf... and i sort of do want to throw up... mom is currently trying to get me to eat more... i don't need more food... food=weight... and i feel sick now because of eating :/ what should i do? obviously not throw up... but how do i get myself and body out of that mind set now.. i guess is the question...

edit: mom made me eat some veggies :/ 4 pecies of mushrrom and 3 zuccini slice things... :(

yu need to start off slow.. gradually begin to eat more and more everyday.. until your eating a normal amount.

You Mum only wants to best for you.
She is always going to want you to eat more.
My advise, just go with it.
I know that you don't want to gain weight, but if she sees you eating she wont bug you. You might even start to feel better about it.
Also try not to even make yourself Gag. I did the other day, I wasn't sick or anything but I have been feeling ill since then.

thanx guys. :) well these past 10 days i've tried to eat normal, and i gained weight... so.. that depresses me.. :( but i'm slightly happy knowing that if i stop eating i can cahnge that... eve though it won't do any good... i know my mom wants what is bst fr me and sometimes i do go wi th it, dependig on if i can or nto.. yea i know what you mean about gagging...

Just try eating bit by bit.

There's no easy, quick fix. Try excercising a bit too if you aren't. And drinking water.

The more you eat, and the more regularly, the faster your metabolism gets. Thus making it easier for your body to burn fat. Eat less between longer intervals causes your metabolism to slow down, and your body stores fat to burn later, because it thinks "I'm probably not going to eat for a while." Causing weight gain.

Just keep that in your mind when you eat.
