Anyone here got eczema?

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum. Just wondering who in the forum has eczema, and if so, how you cure it? I have had it since I was little but lately it's gotten worse, can't sleep at night sometimes because of the itchyness.. Any cures (easily found) would be appreciated! :D

I used to, grew out of it a few years ago. I found calamine lotion helped with mine and surprisingly, plain greek yoghurt you can find at most supermarkets. Just for the love of god do not touch lavendar lotion or anything like that, believe me it'll make it 10x worse than it is already. :P

I've had it on & off since I was little, lotion helps a lot I've heard, perhaps seeing your doc could help?

I get eczema on my arms, face and back, thankfully not nearly as bad as it used to be. But when it flares up I have this ointment called Eumovate (also marketed as Trimovate in some regions). Works like a charm. You can get it over the counter in the UK but it might be prescription only in NZ. I remember I tried to buy some at a pharmacy in Belgium last year and they told me I had to see a doctor first.

Another tip is to get into the sun!
Sunlight on the skin helps the eczema disappear but stay protected! :)

Yeah I have it, I went to the doc and they gave me some cream stuff XD

Hmm I'll probably see a doctor eventually seeing as it's getting worse. Maybe I'll try yoghurt in the meantime.
