My dad kicked me out because I was open about my being a girl or not sure of my male identity. I have been living with family. Well my aunt won't let me take them while I'm living with her. But I've like been looking into it and found some ways to really just get around it. I'm not sure on it but I do realize I feel more femle than male and it seems to be my only choice right now. I just want to know people's opinion other than the fact of my identity just my choice on this.

I don't think you should take them off the street, or at least wait until you're older and absolutely sure you want the change because if you go through with it now you might regret it, but if you feel strongly about it, I think it's something you should do and your family should stand behind you whatever you decide.

I strongly agree with Staceis.

First of all, never take drugs off the street whatsoever. And especially in the case of puberty with sex releated hormone drugs. There's so much more to being a girl than sexual organs. If you're only curious, than stick with being a gender fuck, and cross dress all you want, but don't make the commitment of hormone treatments and/or a sex change if you're simply dealing with curiosity. However it sounds like you're very intent on figuring out your real mental gender (which is great.) But taking unsupervised and unprescribed hormones is extremely dangerous especially at a time of puberty when you're developing as a boy. Besides, from what I've read, I'm pretty sure it's more effective and safer to do a complete sex-reassignment when you're a young adult (18 early 20's) NOT when you're just starting puberty.

You should never take drugs off the street. There is much more to becoming a girl than simply taking hormones. This is a very complicated issue. Based on other posts of yours I have seen, I think you should talk to your parents, doctors, and a psychologist to determine what is the best course of action in your unique situation.

Well I was planing on waiting and taking it in like year when I was sure that I did want to live as a girl you know. Like I've been livin like one but not officially until like this last month. My parents aren't supportive they made me a boy an tey want stick with it

I strongly agree with Staceis.

my puberty isn't really seeming to go in a masculine route that's why I was really thinking transitioning in the first place. It's like if I live asa boy I'm just in the middle which I dislike the middle. I was planning on waiting seeing how things go like you said just stick to living as one for awhile. and like if I needed it in the long run maybe it would be an option in like a year or two later not now. Also it seems so hard to be stuck inthe middle that long you know.

DIY HRT?

Yeah...

Not a good idea.
Birth control itself has plenty of risks associated, and that's a low dose of estrogen.

taking a higher doses like hormones like what you want, too high and you can really mess up your body. Probably less of a problem for you specifically because of other issues, but... um.
You're what, 13? Don't do this.

If your puberty is heading feminine give it a shot to work, maybe you'll get lucky.

anyway you might want to check this site out. Right now the forum is down [matinence] but go through the other relevant articles on the side [or homepage if you're reading this after the forum's back]

i'm very sorry about you're situation.... you should try to find someone to talk to about everything (like a trusted adult or a Dr. or something) it might help relieve some of the stress you have by talking to a friend, or older adult you trust.

Like said above taking drugs off the street is not a good idea. Talk to a doctor about this or someone you trust not some random bum off the street selling junk.
