GovTeen Projects?

As I and most other members know, this is a branch of GovTeen, also known as a Project.
I was on GivTeen's Network site and they listen Inactive Projects
Virtualkid.com
and
GovAdult.com
Neither sites work if you use the URL.
But my question is:
What were those Projects for?

Virtualkid was the original version of GovTeen, which was taken down due to COPPA
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Children%27s_Online_Privacy_Protection_Act) in 2000.
In 2002 the current version of GovTeen was created.

Govadult.com goes to a parked page, that I have set up while we get a team going to launch a new project. It was purchased recently, but was owned years ago by a GovTeen member.
