In Novenber of 2008, I was at my fathers house and my family was preparing hot coco for Brock, Cooper, & I. We had whip cream for the hot chocolate & Cooper wanted a great quantity of the cream & we had little left & Brock and I had not gotten a chance to get some. Like always Cooper & me got into fight about it. Then out of no where my dad approached me with is hands open ready to........I don't know what he was going to do with me, so with instinct I push him out of the way. Then out of oblivion he shoved me into the wall right behind me, than he draged me from the wall into the hall way where he shoved repeatedly & at the same time also saying "You ain't going to push me, I'm your father".
There I was in my fathers room & very rabid at the thought that he had did such thing to me. So I get rolled my eyes & ingored him & escorted myself out of his bedroom & walked into the living room & diled the telephone for my mother tell her what happend. I also had a smerk on my face almost about to laugh.
My mother was very rabid also for what my dad did & she escorted herself from her date with her current boyfriend at the time, She even told me she was going 95 mph down a 75 mph highway trying to get to me!
The next day at my mom's house, we drove to the police station in Suplapa telling the cops what occured last night. I short conversation later thay told use that my dad had the right to shove me into the wall! Mom & I vere batty of what they sad, but at the time we didn't have any proof of what happend that night at my dad's. Until after a while these werid strech markes on the skin of my back started to appear. We went to a doctor to see hat was the matter & he said it was the cause of a accident of some sort. We told him what happened I he gave the report to the DA ( District Attinerie ) & filed a lawsiut agents me dad.
Now we were almost finished with the lawsuit & my dad was found quilty of all charges by the judge & now my dad wantd to take his charges to a jurry trail. The trail will be in July of 2010 & will coast my dad $100,000. Those markes on my back are perment scares & will never fade away! But saidly I had to forgive him for what he has done and move on, but that does not mean I dan't have to trust him.
I still wish I had a father though, The only father figure I have is some celeberty I never even meet, Davey Havok. Still wish I had a father though
