your sperm apperance varies and if you havent jacked off in a while then you will cum faster because you have a biuld up
as for the white patches i have no idea you should probably ask a doctor and make shure its nothing serious

i think its just dried up jizz since it doesnt hurt to rub it off and it appears there regurarly, especially if i dont jack off for a while

The reason for your quicker and more liquid is probably because you had stored up seamen making the seamen to sperm ratio higher. Your mor sensitive because you haven't jacked off in a while. Those spots are possibly dried seamen. I'm not 100% sure on that one.

meh, probably is since i havent done anything to damage my penus, the white stuff is easy get out (but eventually reappears) by just stroking soflty, nor do i have pain with doing so...do any of you guys sometimes have dried jizz over there, and whats the easiest way to clean it?

I sometime do even though I clean that area after j/o. Sometimes there is some left over seamen coming out. The best way to clean it is with some simple water with soap. Or take a shower.

The semen may just be runny cuz it's been couple days since u jacked off. Or maybe how horny you were.
And the stuff on the end of your penis is probably dried semen, happens to me sometimes, semen will come out later even after your done masterbating.
