iPhone 4, Verizon iPhone New Rumors, DroiD, Mac OS X 10.7

So this is it guys. The new iPhone 4 was announced yesterday and sadly, there is no Verizon iPhone.

Now, it was just announced and not even released yet, and there are already new rumors about the iPhone for Verizon in 2011. What gets me the most is how are new rumors about this made when the WWDC just told us there is none for Verizon. On Steve Job's twitter, he tweeted this: We told Verizon it can have the iPhone when it gets their network prepaired for FaceTime.

Im not going to make a full blown thread on the iPhone 4 features, just Google it. The iPhone 4 blown me away. I didnt expect a lot of what Mr. Jobs discussed. It was more than what I expected. I just cant wait for iBooks. That is the main feature i want is iOS4 for my iPod touch.

Guess what, you can now make movies on your iPhone with iMovie! Now that, i did not expect.

Rumors will continue on and on and on. Steve Jobs also tweeted this: WWDC, better than the rumors.

That is 100% true.

My main concern is DroiD and iPhone 4 on Verizon. Im due for a new phone in September and the HTC Incredible just took me away. Im not going to put all of the features on here. Google it (thats my main answer for everything. lol. That is now my new slogan.)

So my question is, should i get the Incredible in September if nothing new and better, which there will be, that I would want, or should I wait until 2011 for a whole nother year for Verizon iPhone rumors? I dont want to wait any more. My LG Dare is starting to freeze up on me and crash after 2 years of awesome performance.

To get away from the phone discussion, how about some Mac OS X 10.7 SnowGlobe Leopard?

Steve Jobs also tweeted about the new OS that will blow us all away. There isnt much info on the new OS, so we still have to wait until the WWDC is over on June 11. 10.7 SnowGlobe Leopard, i cant wait to see what is in store for that.

I'd go for a Droid. Spec wise, they are just as good, if not better, than the iPhone, and the have many of the same types of apps available. They seem to be having very good reception among critics, and with my brief use of one in a Cincinnati Bell store, the OS is very responsive and slick.

iOS4 is looking very good though, and thank God its free for iPod Touch users.

If you have any doubt at all for an iPhone coming to Verizon, I'd get one of the Droids.

(In my opinion, I don't know why people want a Verizon iPhone, I mean I could not survive with a SIM card, and CDMA is ancient. Just my humble opinion.)

Thanks. people want a verizon iphone because verizon has better service than AT&T. we had it once and totally dropped all contracts because the customer service was very rude and we barely could connect to the network. that was years ago though. idk if it improved. verizon is outstanding. the customer service is excellent and very nice and we never have problems with the network. verizon is just completely the best.

cdma isnt ancient, its not widely used anymore. besides, verizon is going from CDMA to LTE. so their cdma network will be gone (i think) and compatable with gsm and 4g.

Yeah I do have to agree that ATT has crappy service. My dad hasn't had internet on his BlackBerry for like 6 months now. And I forgot that Verizon was going to LTE.

he tweeted about one more thing for the wwdc three hours before he even did it. he said three hours from now, youll see the future.

i dont want to start an argument, but everything he tweets about is real. its real by how he tweets stuff that happen before the actual thing he tweeted about, it turns out right.

FaceTime does not work on the network yet, only WiFi.
Everyone knew something was going to happen at WWDC, so saying something is coming in the future isn't really anything new.

I read in the article that at&t has a contract wit apple tht it has all rights to the iphone but the contract ends in 2012 so verizon could possibly get the iphone then

Seriously, AT&T sucks. They have the worst reception of any cell-phone company. More people would buy the phones if they were on Sprint or Verizon, thus Apple would make more money.
