Yes but let me give u a lil advice. Dint cut all the way to the skin cause then it gets real bad razor burn. U should only trim it. Trust me in this one, if u shave it all the way clean, in about a day or so, it will be really uncomfortable.

I prefer to trim than shave becuase it itches for DAYS and i prefer to have some pubes but lots of people do it.

I have once. Never again though, the regrowth is shit itchy. I have heard though that if you shave it to the grain then it's not so itchy.

Done it for a few months now, feels and looks a lot better than with the hair.
