i've seen some threads about experimenting, and i'm a little curious about it. Is it ok to experiment with a friend? i'm not gay, so how far is too far?

Based off my own experience, experimenting with a friend doesn't and won't make you gay. If you are curious about it, you should try it. If you don't like it then don't do it again and that's the end of it. But don't miss out on something you might really enjoy simply because you didn't take a chance. I took the chance almost exactly a year ago and have never regretted it. As for your limits, only you can decide that because its a matter of preference.

"Too far" is the point at which you think, I definitely shouldn't be doing this. Anything before that is just fine.

There's no defined line between 'straight' and 'gay' - there's straight, bi, gay, and everything in between. I really like to think of it as percentages. Eg, I consider myself straight, but I would be happy doing stuff with a guy - so I would say I'm 70% straight and 30% gay.

There's nothing wrong with it. It's perfectly normal for guys your age. Just don't do anything you or your friend is uncomfortable with.

It's perfectly normal, I'm sure a lot of people do it because of curiosity and not because they are gay. I guess it just comes down to the relationship between you and your friend/s that you want to experiment with - if it won't affect your friendship then there's really nothing to lose. Too far would be anything that you don't feel comfortable with, I'd probably consider sex too far because it's far more intimate and should be something you cherish.

Yeah experimenting with friends is perfectly fine. However if you ever become uncomfortable while experimenting is about where one would consider it to be "too far"

Its perfectly fine. To me, gay is only when you are attracted to the same sex. Just wanting to experiment or "being curious" dose not make you gay. I have experimented with my friends, but i am straight.

There really is no limit. Experimenting is a teen's way of discovering their sexuality. Who knows, you might like guys in addition to girls. :)
