during intercourse when I wear a condom I haven't been able to cum but if I take it off then I have no problem but I don't like having to pull out. I was wondering if anyone else has this problem or what should I do??

Any condom, no matter how thin it is, is always going to reduce the sensation for your glans which is what makes you cum during sex. Most guys will find they take longer with a condom, well that's probably not a bad thing but its unfortunate if you cant cum at all. Maybe you need more "practice" to get used to it. Switching to unprotected sex and pulling out is really not on unless you are sure that your girlfriend is on the pill or has some other form of contraception, not unless you want to be a daddy just yet anyway. So if you've tried with "fetherlight" or some such thin condoms and its still no go I guess you should ask your girlfriend to finish you off with a hj or bj.

Definately do not go to the pull out method and i wouldn't actually suggest getting her to finish you off with a h/b because even if you don't cum inside her then there's always the chance of pre-cum. If condoms aren't doing anything for you then the only thing you could do, is for her to go on the pill or get an implant or any other methods which are guranteed to be safe.

When I said about finishing off I meant have sex with a condom, then get her to finish you off "outside", I wasnt suggesting unprotected sex.
