i have a friend who appears to be constantly staring at my crotch, especially when i have a boner. what does this mean and what should i do? I'd be lying if i said i had never looked at another guy, but i don't stare all the time.

guys do that allot, and if he's shy this could make it allot worse then it needs to be, u could lightly bring it up, just in conversation, so wat would you do if everytime you got a boner you had to hide it you know how that is it fkn sucks! yes, it can be - i'm 8 in erect. but he stares when i don't have a boner too, like just at the bulge in my pants....does this mean he wants to try stuff, if he does, thats fine, i don't want him to feel uncomfortable so i don't know how to bring it up or talk to him about it.

I agree with everyone to a point. I think you should take a more subtly approach. Instead of asking him directly, try to ask him in a n indirect way. Like, for example, "What would you do if someone stared at your crotch/bugle?" This way, he may get the hint and he may also reveal why he stares at yours.
