I'd suggest on watching what you eat. You can exercise as frequent as you want but if you eat junk and crap you won't see "as good" as results.

Eat small portions of meals. Get lots of proteins (Fish, brown rice, white meat chicken), protein bars as snacks, drink lots of water, exercise daily, and focus on your cardio. *Get lots of sleep*:)

just watch out, protein encourages fat if you don't exercise sufficiently

At times I had acquired a lot of fat. In few months time I was with a flat stomach. I started drinking a glass of lukewarm water every morning with empty stomach and increased to 4-5 glass a day. I think in two months I had started achieving a good physic.

a key to weight loss is a sturdy healthy diet that is high in lean protein and greens as well as complex carbohydrates. Cardio is an excellent way to lose weight but if you are maybe 20 pounds over weight you should begin with swimming as it is a full body workout that doesnt put alot of strain on your joints then you should start running. full body weight workouts such as super sets are the best as well.
