Which version? I hope your not talking about Tim Burton's unoriginal version. This is the one that I enjoyed -

I actually liked Tim Burton's version. I've loved all of his movies since Nightmare Before Christmas.<3

The new film, I've only seen half of. But from what I did see... the graphics and effects were stunning. I'll give my full opinion when I've finished it!

I prefer the original in a way. The new one was decent.

The new one is missing muchness (pun). I was expecting more from Tim Burton. But it was kind of good... I love the crazy rabbit :P

I liked the new one. I liked the March Hare and the Mad Hatter... Tim Burton and Johnny Depp working together definately made the movie better I think.

I like them both, but the new one should be called Jabberwocky, not Alice in Wonderland. I love that poem, I have it memorized. :)

I think I might be the only person to truly appreciate this story. It's one of my favorite books, and for some reason, my brain hungers for more and more perspectives of it. There are many other versions of it, and I've read as many as I could find. I don't know what it is, but something about wonderland and being able to create this whole mystical forest with magical details just makes me want to see everyone's version. Or it could be the drugs but I don't know lol. Damn it, I'm rambling on again.

I didn't like the new version as mush as others. My friends and I joked that was "Johnny Depp IS Alice in Wonderland" rather than "Johnny Depp IN Alice in Wonderland." All the advertisements made it all about him. Anyone remember the older straight-to-video ones? I used to watch them at my Nana's house. It seemed like the writers were on a mix of Mountain Dew and crack, but they were awesome.

I liked the creative aspects of it, and I enjoyed it a lot. But like many I believe it could have been much better with a story line that wasn't so weak and predictable.

Don't get me wrong - it's one of my favorite movies of all time. I mean, the animation was amazing, as well as all the characters, special effects and whatnot. The actors were wonderful. However, I feel that they could have added a little more to the actual plot.

Buuutt... Then again, it's kind of a dream world type of setting... And how many of us have dreams that make sense? xD
