ignore list

I know you cannot ignore admins and moderators. but the one I want to ignore is not a mod or an admin but it says I cannot put that person on my ignore list.

so why can't I?

I do not want to give any names. but I know the person I want on my ignore list is not a mod nor an admin

go to user cp, edit options menu on the side and go to edit ignore list.

They almost certainly are a moderator, just not a staff member. It applies to diary mods too, so you cant block anyone thats a mod in a member forum.
