well i have had alot of cats. My cat had 14 cats over 3 years and her daughter had 4 so i had 18 cats and kittens living with me for a few months. 3 died and i gave the rest away. the second mother died from illness and my first cat got stolen. then i kept the last kitten. A big black kitty named puffles. He lived with me for almost a year than he got hit by a truck. the worst part is he died on my birthday and i bought him a leash with a collar and some expensive cat treats and a little plushy for him. i came home and my grandpa told me he got hit by a truck. yeah i did cry for a long time and now my grandpa told me that wer getting a new kitten and im really scared. than i looked up this poem called rainow bridge and then i listened to follow you into the dark by death cab for cutie and im worried that the new kitten will get hurt or sick because my grandma doesnt want the cats inside the house. :(

loss of pets always is hard to deal with, and esp if it's a kitten it really shouldnt be out on its own until its been indoors for a certain period of time... but anyway. yeah, you have reason to be worried. maybe try talking to your gran and seeing if the kitten can stay in for a while seeing as they're not menna be out anyway?
