y'know. i'll understand people my age being bitchy.
but if my mother dares to continue, i'm going to hit the roof.
she goes about bitching about my dad (dont mind much... meh another story) and my uncle to my auntie, then complains to me about my auntie, slagging her off to me.
frankly i've got that sick of it i've turned round and stopped telling her to be a bitch, but will she? no.
grr. she's a grown woman. why the hell does she need to have a tant at her 15 year old daughter every bloody night.
and it's going to get worse now my grandparents are back and everything blows up.
someone please remind me why i bother trying anymore?

Because they're family. And you always love them, no matter how bitchy they are, or how much they piss you off, and because they're family, you have to put up with them. But you still love them.

They're your family and no matter what happens they will always be there. Every family has their ups and downs and 'mood swing' moments. She may be going through a lot at work or she may be overwhelmed or frustrated and unfortunately taking it out on you, as well as others.
Maybe you could have a sit down talk with your mom and see if there is anything bothering her and if there is anyway to help if she needs it. It will show her that you care and want to help. I don't think that she intentionally does it. When some people get frustrated they take their anger out on others.
So when your mom does this just know it most likely isn't intentional. Just calm down and breathe and if she says anything mean take it with a grain of salt (disregard it). When your grandparents get there just be there to support your mom and hopefully things will get better.
If you need someone to talk to I'm always here. PM/VM me anytime

I know she probly doesnt mean it and all, and i'd ask her what was up if i had something definable as a relationship with her, but i'm not close to her or any of my family for that matter.
Ahh well, i'll just have to hope it calms down.
Thanks Ronnie.
