strange line

I don't know if this belongs here but if it doesn't, I'm sorry. I went over to my friends house the other day and while we were laughing at something that happened in a video game he threw in the line "Let's hang out with our d**ks out" I don't know if that's from a song or show but that was a little awkward a line. what do you guys think he meant?
