Yeah, i know that puberty has different time limits for everyone but; at what age does the penis start growing and when does it stop? Im 14 and im 5" when im hard, is that normal and will it grow?

I think the average male is around 5, and your still young so it shouldn't be done growing yet.

And yes it will grow. You are not even close to the end of puberty.
As you get older, it will grow!

It officially starts growing around 10 years old.

After you have finished growing (end of puberty) wait 1-2 years and you will know your "Official" size.

5" is a very normal size for your age and is already coming into the normal adult size range which is from 5-7". Puberty starts and ends at different ages for different people but its unlikely that your finished with penis growth just yet so there is most likely some more to come.
