A Lotion-Like Lube?

So recently I attempted to use K-Y Jelly, which caused me to develop pain in my testicles, because, by adding water, the lotion splashed into my urethra, whereby causing that irritation in my testicles.

Having been using hand lotion for several months prior to trying lube (due to the carcinogens in hand lotion that can cause testicular cancer and/or reproductive complications,) I would like to start using a real lubricant that feels similarly, if not exactly like, hand lotion. Something that is creamy and doesn't require water to use.

Any suggestions?
