its hair. after a while it will turn into hair, well the hair will come out. so yeah. no worries.

its your sabaceous glands, just little things that produce oil and things of that matter...perfectly normal...dont mistake them for std's or anything...everyone has them

Sure you can call it hair follicles if you want, thats a pretty good explanation if you are telling someone else. But for your own info Fallen69 is right. Its most likely your sebaceous glands. They are prominent. Its normal, lots of guys have them to varying degrees. I do. Give sebaceous prominence a google if you want more information.
