One and four are pretty good ones. I wish I knew how to draw because I'm sure that would be a difficulty if I want a degree in the arts.
Edit: Because i didn't mention the rest doesn't mean those suck. They're all good, but the one and four stuck out to me more.

One and four are the best ones too in my opinion. First looked way better after I went over it, fourth I just did today, so it's most recent.

I'm most fond of one and five. All of them would have looked much better had you inked them like the first. :)
Just like the one's I've seen before, I'm fond of you artwork Tim. :D
Kudos.

I lost my good marker, but it was nearing its demise regardless. Might go buy a few this weekend.

Very nice with the details. I know they are sketches but I would suggest that you explore using shadows to give it that out of the paper look. :)

Shadows are a pain in the ass. I mostly stick to lineart so I can scan it onto a PC later a photohop it properly.

Yeah it requires a lot of time and patience.

Some reoccurring themes that could use improvement:
-Limbs are often too short, work on drawing skeletals
-Noses need work.
-I know that line art is easier, but it is often a good idea to draw the outline of where a shadow will be placed. If the work is clean and neat (guidlines earases, etc.) then these lines will stand out and add a 3-D effect.
-Play with some interesting angles.
I do think that your style personifies your personality to an extent, but try looking for some influences to base things off of. Try taking different aspects of your personality that are reflected by art styles, and merge them.
I usually don't bother with critiques, so feel special.

Hrm, I never noticed. I'll work on that.
-Noses need work.
Found a great piece on nose anatomy and perspective the other day, working on it.

Also in progress. Thanks. :D

Hopefully this doesn't sound too harsh, but for someone who can give such brilliant critique on everyone else's artwork, you, too, have quite a few things that you can work on. Like many others have said, I agree that the anatomy in your drawings needs some work [as does the anatomy of many other artists, myself included]. For example, the arms and legs seem rather short, and some are in slightly unnatural angles, relative to the position of the body. Also, the faces seem sort of flat and dimensionless, mostly due to lack of detail and shading. I'd also like to mention that the noses seem sort of awkward to me, because they are fairly large in comparison to the size of the faces, unless that's how you intended it? To end on a positive note, I'd like to mention that I like how the first drawing was outlined in ink, it makes it much easier to see what is drawn there, oh, and that I'm really impressed with the car you drew, because I can't draw cars. :) I hope that helps!

P.S. Some of the stuff seems sort of warped, as in certain parts of pictures, mostly the people, are slanted or asymmetrical, a very common mistake. For future reference, this is easy to correct when you can see the flipped version of your picture. This is the least difficult with the use of a mirror, or a light behind the paper, when viewed from the back.

While my eye may be able to see errors, my hand may not always be able to avoid them. Alas, receiving criticism, both from one's self and others is needed to improve.

I scanned a few in on my school's computers, and they seem mostly fine- Looking at the sketchbook squarely in my hands and looking up at my monitor, I myself can see there's a difference. As much as I'd like to hover right over the book when I take pictures with my digital camera, my bigass shadow gets in the way. I'll try to find a better spot to set up lights when I take my next bunch of photos.

I understand what you mean, it's really annoying taking photographs of drawings.... Also, sorry about the first thing i mentioned lol, it was mostly just because you're kind of harsh on other people in general, and yeah... Anyways, good luck on future sketches. :)
