Hey you guys i wanted to know some exercises u do to like get muscles and slimmer im a good size i just need to lose a lil more weight and get like a six pak and pecs lol. So watdoyou guys do? other than the traditional sit ups push ups and stuff

If you want to reduce your heavy body or make a very strong muscular body so you should have to make strong decision of that. For that first of all you join the gym and follow your gym boss instruction, I sure to say you within a 6 month you will got six pak.
