Red Blood Spot on Finger

On my left index finger, i have this small red blood spot on it. I have tried to pick at it to see if it was dirt, but it didn't come off.. It has been there for about 2 weeks.. It's not bothering anything, im just wondering what it was.

It could be a protruding blood vessel or just a spot of red pigment which has appeared for some reason.

As long as it doesn't get bigger or start to hurt or go numb, nothing to worry about.

Nothing to worry about, I have a few, one on my hand, one on my leg. Only thing is they don't always disappear.
