should i ask my friend about this girl?

for those of you that know yahoo answers, ive always used that but heres something different ill try for once. so there are two days of regular school left plus 3 days of finals. there is this girl that likes me, or so i think. so this guy im school friends with (we havent hung out yet) talks to her a lot, because she really likes him a lot (like a friend). also whenever she is in the room by him, he says my name or starts a chant. it gets her attention but idk what she does. one of my other friends knows i like her and in that same class where the guy im school friends with starts a chant, he pointed out me wearing a tie one day, because she complimented him on his, and she laughed when she saw me. not making fun of me though.

so basically should i ask my school friend if that girl likes me? i cant talk to him in person ever about this, so its okay if i text him about it today? i just dont really know honestly if this could help me out, because he does help me to get me to talk since im shy.

You need to know if she likes you. If you think she has told you're friend, then go ahead and ask them. It can't hurt to ask, all she can say is no.
