This is a weird question, in Europe ppl are not CUT (only if they/parents want to). In America it's a common thing for circumcision. That doesn't rly matter dude... a penis is a penis, doesn't matter if it's cut or not ;) Cheers

Well it does make a difference. Sorry once again to be the one to tell people the truth. A penis in its natural state has can thrust "inside" the foreskin... once the penis is inside the vagina, it can slide back and forth--lube is less of an issue. With a circumsized penis (especially, tightly cut American style penises) guys need much more lube for masturbation, and a wetter vagina for comfortable sex.
Not true in my opinion. Many cut guys wank without lube, its not necessary for them. Generally speaking I believe even for uncut guys the head of the penis, the glans, will be uncovered during sexual intercourse. Really once you get as far as penetration it makes little difference to either partner except that the uncut guy may retain more sensitivity on the glans.
