Does anyone else burn?

I've recently started to burn myself with cigarettes, & already my arm/wrist is covered in burns/blisters.

Lovely, huh?

Amazing how quickly it can deteriorate & how addictive it can become....

Anyone else self harm with this method?
How are you doing with it?
How do you cope with the urges?

Yeah I do this as well, to be frank I'm not doing to well with it, but how I cope with the urges are getting on a bike and exercising. I hope things get better for you.

I'd love to do that if I didn't suffer so severely from a chronic health condition.

I'm glad you can find ways to cope with the urges though, I'm sorry that it doesn't always go too well.

Thank you.

I've Only Self Harmed Once I Slit My Arm About A Dozen Times with A Knife :( I get Urges To Do This All The Time And The way I Deal With It Is I Think Of All The People In My Life That Love And Care For Meh And would Hate For Meh To Be Doing This To Myself, Also If That Doesnt work I Go Out For a Walk and Think About What Has Caused meh To Want To Do It And try Think Of A Silution To Prevent This Happeneing Again, i Have Also Just Recently Recorvered From Taking An Overdose Nice Huh ?x My whole Life Flashed Infront Of My Eyes And Trust Meh You dont Want It To Go That Far It was The Most Stupidest Thing Ive Ever Done In My Life , You Can Stop This Now If You Try And Find the Will Power Within You .

Vicki, I've already tried to overdose multiple times, it's nothing new in my life, been OD free for a few weeks though, been down that road many times before & I can't say my life flashed before my eyes even when I have been in life threatening situations, I guess to each their own.
It's a shame you felt you had to go down that road though. I'm glad it opened your eyes though.
If I were you, I'd stop while you're ahead & seek professional help.
You don't want it to go too far & to the point of no return.

I wish I could stop this now but right now, I don't feel that strong, & I've been a self harmer since I was 7, since then, I've had some attempts at recovering but in the end, I always relapse, so I guess I'm pretty hopeless at ever recovering.
I feel it's too late.

Georgia, I pop my blisters & peel the skin off too, not particularly nice, & puts us more at risk of infection, but I am glad you don't burn anymore, awesome job! :) x

I used to burn. I stopped now though, haven't done it in weeks. But only because cutting kind of took over :/

This could potentially turn into tip sharing, just thought I'd warn you.

Glad you no longer do it, but you didn't really answer my questions...
