Does that mean I should be one?

I like girls for the most part I know I'm not gay. I'm a 13 year old guy btw. However I have been growing girl stuff. Like my voice is very light I am still pretty short. I am not a virgin but I don't think I have really even reached puberty because I never actually seem to shoot out anything EVER. I have noticed like my face structure it sort of looks feminine. I even have been growing boobs to an extent. I don't feel like a girl. My parents told me I was born with a condition called androgen insensitivy syndrome ais. Which I know is why I have these symptoms. But I am religious and I want to do what's right. Even though I don't feel feminine in any meanning of the word.

this is how my voice sounds:

you will have to choose what u feel is right to do! If the symptons dont worry u tht much jus forget bout it but if u really r bothered by ur appearance then u should ask ur parent to go to the doctor to c wat u can do

there are certain surgeries, I don't mean a sex change, but a vocal chord operation, which I think would only be a last resort as it isn't the safest thing, or you could get male hormone injections, which my stimulate your testosterone, I think.

I've taken those but it seems like it hasn't really worked just ruined my singing voice and I have gotten just a little hairyer but that's it really.

Just be who you are and embrace it. But if you don't want to be like this then i bet there are other things you can do about it.

I listened to your voice clip and to be honest it doesnt sound any different to loads of other 13 year old boys. Googled "androgen insensitivy syndrome" and to be honest that sounds like a tough thing to have to deal with, I think you need to talk more to your healthcare professionals who are going to know a whole lot more about it than anyone on here.

I did but I don't want them to really change who I am as far as it's been. The doctor keeps giving me these things to stop the androgen resistance and all but I don't think I want my body to change.

I know what ais is, and matter of fact the radio station I listen to was talking about it this morning, but I think it just comes down to the question of which do you want to be, I mean, you can have surgery for it, to choose which sex you want to live as, so I guess you could talk to you parents...

If you're comfertable with having a body that's in between why force yourself to do something you dont want to?

well I'm not uncomfortable with it. I just am uncomfortable with my parents forcing me to grow into a body I don't desire but I also want it I guess in the long run in hopes so that I'll be able to have children of my own really.

Well, depends on what you want the solution to be. I'd say wait it out a bit until you're farther along in puberty and see exactly what's happening more clearly.

Wait a few years. If things still seem to be going this way, then you may want to consider surge. Don't even consider it during puberty; doctors might mess up your stage and you may be stuck as a teen forever. Yuck. :D Just relax for a while.
