I don't know how this happened, I'm thin, but my calves are very large and stick out when compared to the rest of my body, I've tried using an elliptical machine every day for a month, and eating right, but still no improvement, I even measured them before and after, are there any excersizes that can really work your calves? (ps, I dont live in an area where I can go running)
