Does it count that i tried a LiveCD a few days ago?
Other then that, no for me. Trying the LiveCD kinda showed it wasnt much more then another OS... (It was Ubuntu)

Ive got Ubuntu 9.10 on my old laptop. Runs like a charm. 10.04 wont work with my wireless card though.

I used to use Ubuntu now and then but I really prefer using Windows on a daily basis, GIMP and Wine doesnt really cut it for my daily tasks.

I've used Ubuntu before, I didn't like it. Every time I used it, I kind of felt that I couldn't really do much. Kubuntu was just the same. Fedora, on the other hand, was pretty confusing when I tried it (Version 12, idk what 13 is like). I've been trying many different Linux distros, but Mint is probably my favorite.
I agree, Mick. Gimp is a little confusing, and Wine (although much improved over time) isn't so great. I have to say though, I like Linux better than Windows 7 or Vista. In those operating systems, I have to go through so many different menus just to get something accomplished.
Lastly, by using Mint on my laptop, I noticed that my battery lasts an hour longer than it did with Windows 7. (4 hours with Linux, 3 with Windows.) I have a dual-boot 7 & Mint, just for my windows applications.

Me! I use Ubuntu 10.04. It's absolutely awesome, it make Vista look amateur.

Hate vista, love Windows 7. I play around with Linux a lot because I like to understand it, but only in virtual machines or helping fix stuff at school, mostly RHE. My pc is my gaming rig so i'll never run Linux as my main OS.

Use Windows 7 nearly all the time, everyone in my family uses Windows. (No one else even knows what Linux is).
But I sometime dualboot Ubuntu, and I'm planning to install Ubuntu 10.10 (Got released a few hours ago) later on :)
