a sudden shooting pain just went up my right side near my lower back that really hurt (to the point i shouted OW proper loud, then got into trouble for being loud, but thats another story), then suddenly felt really warm and dizzy and like i was about to be sick. and now its still kinda sore, like an aching pain.
ive just eaten and it feels like im going to throw up. and i feel really warm and dizzy still...

It sounds like you've just stretched / pulled a muscle. Although, as the pain was in the area of your kidney, might be worth popping to see your doctor to get the OK from him.

went to the doctors today, he said he cant really say what it was so i have to go back for tests in a couple of weeks.
