Even though cutting may seem like a good idea, but it's not it's only a detour ant or numb to all your problems, but in reality your problems are still there and now you have cuts and scars which only creates another problem.
Don't ever feel like you have to do everything that your friends tell you. If you feel that going swimming would expose your scars then don't hesitate to just say no. You had almost 4 months going it's a shame that you had to cut again, but try to get back on the right path so you don't put yourself through anymore harm. It certainly sounds like you don't need it at the moment.
Just hang in there and try to keep a positive attitude if you can stop once you can sure do it again. Just have the ambition and the will to stop. I hope things get better for you if you ever need someone to talk to I'm always here shoot me a VM anytime.

4 months was great, and you can do longer next time.
If you really don't want to go swimming, say no. Tell your friend you don't want to go!
Like Goose said, it may feel better, but its just more problems adding, I know.
And its not worth it. But I guess you probably know that already.
Stay strong, and if you ever want to talk just send me a PM.

As the others have said 4 months without cutting is really good
And you dont have to go swimming if you dont want, she can't make you do it, and its not everything down the drain, its just a minor set back you've had a lot of pressure and stress on you reecently.
Just get it back in control and see if you can go another 4 months without doing it
Hope your okay

It's not down the drain. This is a marathon, not a sprint. You've taken a lot of steps forward. Occasional, you have to take one step back.
