around where i wear my pants it gets raw and like i get sores there and sometimes they turn purple but i pop them and pus comes out and it heals but you can kind of feel a little crater when its healed is it bad or what is it?

maybe your pants are to tight?? I don't know I get sores if I wear pants that are too tight.

Well, do you wear you pants too tight? :P Maybe you should wear different kinds of pants, and clean those sores. It might sting with alcohol, but it won't be as nasty and they might go down.
