Tonsils

Has anyone else had their tonsils removed? I got mine out when I was 9 years old, and honestly I'm glad to have them gone (even though I was vomiting blood by the bucketful after the surgery, that was awful to endure). The only time I've ever had a persistent sore throat ever since then was when I had mono last year, but aside from that I've never had any problems. :yes:

I haven't had them removed, but my best friend did and he said it was kinda painful after they were removed. Then like you said vomiting blood and was a little raw back there. He hasn't been sick for a while he hasn't had it done that long ago.

Never had any need to have them out.
