I really don't think so. I mean, there might be a slight difference, but there are so many other variables, such as body temperature, your health, medical conditions, age, etc., that I doubt it can be determined.

well my balls are large chicken egg size which i've told is massive and i cum quite a lot, i can't hold it all in one hand so it's quite a lot, so i think it does a bit, but then i dnt know what a normal amount to cum is ??
