baseball cup help

ive played baseball all of my life. when i was younger i played second base, but nobody was really hitting the ball hard, and since then i play outfield. because of this i have not had to wear a cup, but with the team i am on now, the coach wants me to play infield, and requires us to wear a cup. i just got my cup yesterday and our first game is 2moro...any advice?!?!?!?

and how do you wear a cup?

jockstrap/sompression shorts
with underwear/without (if with underwear, under/over protection)
and any other cup tips...please

Wear them in compression shorts and dont get a boner which wont be hard since your focused on baseball not getting horny lol. This is just to help anyone else who has this problem since the person who wrote this got banned
