In the rectal canal (which is the section of your large intestine that includes your sigmoid colon) there is a motion called parastalsis which is the muscular movements that forces feces through the rectal canal. When you put in the butt plug your body sees that as something that is going in the wrong direction and in needs to stop. So really just ease it in but be careful because there are many blood vessels in that area. rectal bleeding is nothing to be overlooked.
