after two ppl break up and one gets over the other the other one moves on, or if they really like the person continue trying?

I've been in the position. My ex of two years split with me, i realised soon after it was for another guy. it took me a long time to get over her, but tbh she got over me so quickly i still wonder to this day whether she ever did actually love me. I guess i came out better though, her relationship ended two months after it started, and i found a new girlfriend shortly after the new year who i've now been with almost 5 months. Relationships work in strange ways sometimes.

I agree completely and have been in the exact situation. If shes worth it and you really have deep feelings for her, give it another shot, but it also depends on why you guys broke up. if she broke up with you for another guy, shes not worth it. Trust me, trying to win her over hurts more.

Actually I recently went through a break up with a girl that I had been with for 5 months. We both just started growing apart from eachother and eventually we decided together that it wasn't going to work out, and ended the relationship. It went much smoother than I expected it to, but I think that was because we both mutually agreed on it. it took me a month to get over her. but we weren't right for eachother anyways. The funny thing about relationships is that if the two people aren't right for eachother than it wont work.
