Where does one go if I want to reverse the rep that I gave to someone? I remember I gave positive rep to someone and I actually wanted to give negative rep to them because I remember I didn't like them. The user is Whisper... clearly deserves negative rep.

Dude that artificial rep we give each other here is nothing. I have given rep about ten times.
The rep you build yourself is much better and its better to focus on that.

I was being humorous. Thought it was ironic. The only reason rep matters to me is because of the notes attached, and the sense that what I said was helpful. I don't care about the rep on my profile, a post saying the same thing is the same difference for me.

does it have a name perhaps you can ask the person through PM if he meant it as neg or pos. or PM a Mod so the Mod can possibly maybe get the IP address and then see who sent it, and then ask the person and then take neg rep away? however i don't know f it is possible.

Jess, I hope I don't sound harsh or anything, but does it really matter? There are many bigger things to worry about other than the number of green boxes under my name. Wow! You sound very arrogant right now. I wouldn`t care if I got neg rep because of something I said. But in this case, I received neg rep from someone (who was banned) because I placed something in the wrong spot. People make mistakes, but what he did was immature.

To find the amount for disapproval, you simply count how many posts are ill-mannered and against VT rules.

To find the amount for disagreeing, you have to take the amount of butthurt-prone VT members (X), divide it by the number of outspoken VT members (Y), subtract the amount of overlooked posts (Z), cancel out the number of newbs (W), and then raise it to 3. :)
