the nightmares have started again...

i havent had a really bad nightmare in years,
but then 2 nights ago they started again,
then last night, i had another one.
2 nights ago i was with some guy, then we went outside. we were talking in some feildish thing with a wall, and this woman came over, i was stood on the wall. she started talking to me and pushed me off the wall so i broke my leg. then aload of people came over, and they were like holding me down on the floor, i was screaming, then i shut up, then some guy had like a HUGE needle. so i started screaming even more. then they were injecting that and i could atchh see the drip filling up. then my body went all numb, and when i atchh woke up my hand and leg were still like numbish. the dream felt familiar, like i'd had it before but now there was some guy there too...
and last night i dont remember what it was, i just remember waking up really warm and in some form of panic...
i don't want these to start again... my sleeps terrible already.
if dreams are meant to mean something, i'm lost as to what that means, anyone else got any ideas...

dreams are often related to your surroundings during sleep
you probably broke your leg in your dream BECAUSE you leg went numb. your surroundings can make your dreams go off in the wrong direction. try getting more pottasium, then you shouldn't go numb during the night

try sleeping in a different room. in canada, my sister was sleeping in my nephews bedroom and she said she had a nightmare in the room, and only that room. sooo, yeah. Dreams are very mysterious things because scientists can not explain the phenomenon of dreaming... so yeah, hope your dreams get better
